Marco Romano, aka Goran, currently works in his studio located in Jesi, a small town in the heart of Italy, where he co-founded Sunday Büro, a graphic design studio focused on typography with his wife and business partner.
Previously he worked as a resident illustrator at Wired Italy. He has received awards from countless design and illustration publications includingCommunication Arts, Creative Quarterly and Print Visual New Artist.
Goran started his career as a graphic designer (and then as an art director) at Gold Streetwear, in Florence where, in 2010, he graduated in Industrial Design at ISIA, Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche.
In November 2024, he became a member of theCAST - Cooperative Anonymous Typographic Services,a digital foundry based in Italy, with a strong research-oriented approach to type design.
